Refunds from Tokoteknologi to Buyers can only be made in the following circumstances:
- Excess payment from the Buyer over the price of the Goods,
- Goods delivery problems have been identified clearly from the Seller which resulted in the Goods order not arriving,
- The seller cannot accept the order because of out of stock, changes in postage, or other causes,
- The
seller has agreed to send the goods order, but after the specified time
limit it turns out that the seller does not send the goods until the
specified time limit.
- Resolution of problems through the
Resolution Center in the form of a decision to refund to the Buyer or
the result of a decision from Tokoteknologi.
